How do I access my prompts?

Upon purchase, your confirmation email will contain a link to our prompt tool. If we made a mistake (doh!) feel free to get in touch with us.

What’s the paper quality like?

Constructed to last a lifetime, we use a durable linen cover complete with foil stamping, ensuring you get the luxury your pet deserves. Dust jackets (where your design is printed) use thick, superior paper for a luxurious feel. Interior pages use a heavier grade of coated paper, preventing tears and smudges. All of our books are printed using the highest ink standards, making your terrific photos bloom from the page!

How do I buy PetPapers as a gift to somebody?

Simply send your friend or loved one the link you receive in your email and they can get started right away!

Can I trust you with my data?

Our site uses Secure Socket Layer encryption (SSL) to safeguard your data. Additionally, your payment details are encrypted upon checkout and are processed using Stripe, a well-established service. More information can be found at our Privacy Policy.

Can I re-use my link by sending it to others?

Anybody who has our unique link may be able to access the digital portion of our service. However, we only print ONE book per order to prevent misuse.

When does my book arrive?

Your book doesn’t begin production until you finish all your prompts. Once we have all your answers, we will begin producing it as soon as possible. As each book is made to order and must undergo a quality review, please note this could take up to 20 days after we receive your submission(s). Once it’s shipped, you’ll receive a fulfilment email with tracking information.

Is it hardcover or softcover?

We offer hardcover books only. This is to ensure longevity.

Is it a one-time payment?

Of course, there’s no sneaky add-ons. We don’t offer any subscription services as of now.
